This policy explains how and when Trace N Treasure delivers the products you buy on our website.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across India.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge depends on the total packed weight of your order. It is worked out automatically and shown at checkout, before you pay.
Delivery time
- Each product page shows that product's delivery time.
- Your order is delivered within the time shown on the product pages, and no later than 7–10 working days after your payment is confirmed.
- If your order has several products, it arrives in the time of the product that takes longest.
- Remote areas, public holidays, weather and courier delays can sometimes add a few days. We will keep you informed.
Tracking your order
- You can follow your order in My orders: Order placed, Processing, Dispatched and Delivered.
- When your order is dispatched, we send you the courier's name and tracking number by email, and show them in My orders with a tracking link.
Your delivery address
Please check your delivery address, PIN code and mobile number before you pay. The courier may call you on the mobile number given. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
If you were not available
If the courier could not deliver your order, please contact the courier using the tracking details, or contact us, and we will help arrange delivery.
Online courses
Online courses are not shipped. You can start learning from My Learning in your account as soon as your payment is verified.
